I was very satisfied with André Lefort's efforts with the sale as usual. This time I was quite unsatisfied with the installation and lack of customer service after sale and payment. The installer had to return three times to fix defects, was late arriving for the appointment and numerous phone calls had to be made to follow up with Claude Marchand. When the final repair was done (it wasn't necessary I be home), a phone call from Claude would have been appreciated to confirm the work had been completed and to ask if everything was satisfactory.

Très satisfait. Porte livrées en bon état, enlèvement des vieilles portes sans endommager les murs, minimum de poussière. Les installateurs se sont présentés, ils étaient sobres et en bonne forme physique et savaient travailler.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié que les installateurs se présente à leurs arriver. Ils ont été très courtois et professionnels.
